Upload to Runway with a prompt.. I used "Turn the remote control car into a sleek, neon-lit hovercraft racing through a cyberpunk city at night. The floor transforms into a glowing, futuristic track with skyscrapers towering in the background, neon signs flashing, and holographic billboards floating above. Add dynamic speed trails as the hovercraft zooms past other sci-fi vehicles, with sparks flying during sharp turns and near collisions. The entire scene is filled with vibrant neon colors"
